PC Gold Max Inscribable Talon Daggers req 11

Current mods are not that great, but obviously mods are not an issue since they are so easy to acquire and install. If you could list best mods to install to max out value along with estimated sale price that would be great. Of course...they could be worthless anyways, I have no clue. That's why I'm asking the experts
