May something raise its praise? Strength and Honor or Fortitude upgrades?

And here comes the info for you:
S/B = Start Bid, that means that if you say: S/B: 15K, the first bidder sould bid 15K.
C/O = Ca. Offer, when S/B has been takeing you can make: C/O: 15K by: ...
B/O = Best Offer, you sould set the B/O to the price you want for you're item.
Then when someone takes the B/O the item can be sold to him/her.
BUMP = Bring Up My Post, when you make a tread it will come up to the top of the "Sell page", after some time there will come other treads. When they come you're tread will get down the "Sell page". After 24 hours or more, you can make a Message in you're tread, we're you say: BUMP,
then you're tread will get to the top agian.
If you do before 24 hours, you will get a mini ban.

ok i might be a newbie and making an elemental mistake here
I see that its a sought after skin but why a caster weapon?
if I was a caster why would I want to waste my points on 11 swordmanship
I have a gold Zealous Brute Sword of Shelter which although doesn't have max dmg, only 13-18 but then it only requires swordmanship of 6.

Mod Edit: Because casters will throw on a +5 energy mod/20% enchants, you don't need to meet the swords req to get benefit from the +5energy or 20% enchants.

Umm yeah, I think 55 monks who farm in places like UW would enjoy this as they don't need max since they don't attack, and they don't need to meet the Swordsmanship requirement to gain the benefits from the +5E/+20% Enchant mods, which is all that matters to them. Like how a lot of 55's are using Totem Axes, well this would be the same to them except cooler

Its important to stress the last part, as to many greedy people will sell to someone offering a little more gold before you have a chance to complete the trade.
This is bad form,- but what can you do except try to be a better trader than they are!
