Ok basically i know you can have your account on more than 1 guild wars, and i need some questions answering ^^
Ok, well i currently have prophicies and nightfall, not on the same account. now i was wondering if i buy factions will i be able to use that on my nightfall account?

Also am i in anyway able to join my prophicies and nightfall account together?

Until they are merged all accounts are completely separate. Once you merge the keys and link the account keys from each campaign, there's no turning back.

Any one chapter can be joined to another. Obviously, they have to be different campaigns.

Yes, you can add a new Factions key to an existing Nightfall account. But you can't join the Prophecies and the Nightfall account (or any other existing accounts). Arenanet has stated clearly this will never be possible.
