2 Check Bars for Titles.
Neon Ciaren
I got the idea from a previous thread when someone was bringing up the idea of equiping new skills like. Having Drunkard and being drunk exc. exc..
We already have lightbringer skills that automatically equip when you put the title on. How about we make it so you have 2 check marks next to a title. Of course sometitles won't have it.
Example:
[º][ ] Lightbringer
[ ] Survivor
[ ] Map Completion
[ ][º] Drunkard
You can Equip Lightbringer, and go lay the smack down on Abaddon, and show off your Drunkard title to those in outposts. Or in DoA Equip, Lightbringer to show to others what rank you are and have some other skill equip. Until the battle commences.
I know I would love to show off my legendary survivor but I have Lightbringer equiped like all the time.
It's a small edition and I don't think it will effect game play in anyway.

I think it would just be a much better idea to have the Lightbringer effect passively active at all times, with the option to disable it. Displaying the title would be completely different.

like wisdom title, you have the benefit you dont need to check the title to have it.

Since you don't receive benefits form Lightbringer inside towns... you just should change to the one you want to show inside towns, and change to the one you want to activate out of them.

yea this seems like a useless addition but meh /signed cause i dont see the bad, but i also dont see too much good.

More options never hurt.

Love the idea. Dont know that it will ever happen but hope it does.

Or they could just make lightbringer and sunpear titles automatically take effect on you, regardless of whether you show the title.
I dont understand why we need to activate the title to feel the benefits anyway. Its not as if it would do us any harm to have it active perminantly! It has no negative effects?
Just make it a perminant buff from the instant you earn it and start increasing in rank. Then we can display another title instead any time we like.

I agree with the last post. It would actually make it more beneficial at this stage of the game unless they were to bring out even more skills with titles.

Maybe there'll be other titles later that give a benefit only when selected, and Anet wants you to only be able to choose one at a time, for balance reasons.
Otherwise, yes, I'd much rather get the lightbringer bonus all the time. Looking at that little hand icon all the time is annoying, and remembering to turn it on and off is even more annoying.
