Sundering Shadow Axe Of Fortitude

Slashing Damage 6-28 (requires 9 axe mastery)
Inscription: "Strength & Honor"
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armour Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Health +30

Market is kind of flooded with these DoA items, 15k-20k~ or so, although I'd salvage for mods and sell them separately.

I sold this exact axe in LA last night for 80k after seeing the 15-20k price

Just gotta get lucky I guess..
