Just wondering about prices on a few weapons, haven't modded any of them, and the sword i've been holding on too for a while

Well according to the price guides, the nightmare spears are rare, so around 20-30k, just wondering if the mods increase the price much. The other spear, I don't know if it's worth trying to sell or not. The sword I picked up a long time ago, in the crystal desert i believe, and have no idea of it's worth, just figured max sword at req8 ought to be worth something, but I don't know. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

First I'm not sure off.
Sword 5-10k. It's after all req 8.
Nightmare spear 25k.
