I'd actually rather find this class to be pretty entertaining, but it'd be really awkward trying to balance all the skills out :P
Primary attribute:
Touch Mastery: For every rank in Touch Mastery, energy cost of touch skills is reduced by 4% and you gain 1 life per rank every time you use a touch skill.
Others:
Snare Mastery
Chase Mastery
Defense Mastery
Some skill can be like:
Barbed snare: 10 Energy, 1 Casting time, 5 recharge. Skill. Target foe is crippled and begins bleeding for 3...23 seconds (attrib: Snare Mastery)
"I won't give up!": 10 Energy, 45 recharge. Stance. For 3...11 seconds, you cannot be crippled and cannot be the target of hexes. (attrib: Defense Mastery)
"I will touch!": 5 Energy, 60 recharge. Skill. For 2...5 seconds, you move 66% faster and cannot be crippled. (attrib: Chase Mastery)
...and the elite touch skill
Touch of Doom: 25 Energy, 1/4 cast time, 20 recharge. Skill. Steal 10...80 health from target foe, and target foes suffers from crippled, blind, and dazed for 1...6 seconds. (attrib: Touch Mastery)
