I have an ok build for now, both watchful/faithful interventions, mystic regen, conviction, vital boon, mystic sweep, victorious sweep and res.
I am only 18 and off noob island thanks to ferries.
I got off early and am at thirsty river so I can ascend by dopple and get the free 50k exp before "ascending" in elona. I also already have olias unlocked for being a MM when I get back to doing real missions.
By the way, if anyone could help me with thirsty river mission I would be greatful since i'm only a lvl 18 d/mo and am scared to do a lot of fighting since I am attempting legendary survivor.

Tips for legendary survivor dervish?

Also, I was wondering is there any safe places that a dervish would be able to farm for just experience? I know somewhere right after the docks theres a town where outside theres a bunch of bugs that use frenzy that I could probably kill for experience. But I dunno if maybe it'd just be better to try to safely get through the game until I can just use the wurms to kill people in a hero/hench group.
Also, which set of heroes should I get as I progress? Which missions are easier to do and won't have say like a bug cinematic death where I could lose the survivor title at.

I'm attempting to become a Legendary Survivor with my Dervish atm as well.
I'm at ~600k xp right now by capping elite skills for the 5k XP boost. I know it's quite expensive goldwise and I'm always short on skillpoints but I also work towards my Skillhunter title at the same time.
Concerning Heroes, I'm using Olias as an MM (Dr. Olias to be precise
) along with Tahlkora as an RC prot with a lot of enchants, especially [skill]Vital Blessing[/skill] (deactivated, manually cast on myself) and Jin with some interupts, [skill]Oath Shot[/skill] and [skill]Symbiosis[/skill]. Oath Shot because she's not *that* smart when it comes to timing the spirit As henchmen I recommend all the Monks you can get plus some melee'ers.
I for myself am running quite an offensive melee build cause with about 1500 life it's hard to die

Surviving with a Dervish isn't really that hard in melee, I went up to Gate of Pain in Nightfall, the Torturewebs and Terrorwebs there aren't very survivor-friendly :P although I might try it again if I can get a guildy to interrupt them, heroes aren't very discriminate at interrupting Meteor Showers.
Olias as MM is pretty much given, if there aren't that many corpses then I'll take Norgu for caster shutdown. Myself I do mostly EDA builds. If there are ele bosses then I'll grab Zhed for Ward Against Harm + Elements. Otherwise either Jin for more interrupts and spiking or Morgahn.
I never bother with rez when traveling with heroes especially when going for survivor.
As for farming, in Dasha Vestibule the courtyard can be cleared with Talkhora as bonder for an easy 10k~ish XP in 3-4 minutes, as well as Lightbringer points. Just keep Talkhora out of your aggro radius so she doesn't get attacked and she doesn't take your XP.

Also, I was noticing the whole FFF idea as doorman. But on the missions up to that point did they ever fix like vizunah square deaths from counting against the title? I have a feeling it'd be kind of hard and scary a few times for trying to get him through cantha with afflicted among other things. But once I get there being doorman would be a good way to gather experience.
Also, if I could get any help from people who want to go through the factions campaign and wouldn't mind a survivor person joining along I would appreciate it.

I never said it would be easy. I am sure everyone going for a legendary defender title gets scared especially at laggy moments. My main reason I am scared is because I don't have full groups of heroes and henchies to help me yet. I am not going to be able to cheat like the people who do FFF all the time or leech uw quest experience or used the guildhall scrimmage thing to get all their experience.
The title is always going to be doubtful, but in every way (except the now fixed guild hall scrimmage) you do take risks while doing it. You risk not having lag, some random monster attack or spawn, getting to the actual place to farm experience without a death.
All I was trying to do, was get some help/ advice and I already managed to do most of the stuff anyways.

If you are going for a survivor title, then [skill]Protective Spirit[/skill] is your friend. There's nothing worse than getting spiked by an ele boss after spending hours/days working on the title. Use this with Earth Magic skills like [skill]Conviction[/skill][skill]Mystic Vigor[/skill][skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill]
Also, any tips for choices of heroes/ henchman to use throughout the game? I am assuming jin for the first choice and to set up as an interrupt ranger. But I don't know good builds for them and then theirs like what would I choose later, margrid the sly/ mow because I would want the easier missions to do.
