Pc on Gold Raven Staff (air magic)

I found a perfect gold raven staff the other day, and was wondering if it's worth upgrading and selling.
Stats are as follows

(insightfull)Raven Staff
Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (20% chance)
Lightning damage 11-22 (required 9 air magic)
Reduces Poison duration on you by 20% (stacking) (inherent mod)

It currently has a +4nrg Insightfull mod prefix, but if it's worth it, i'll upgrade it with some better stuffz.
