changed rewards for competitive missions

I think the reward system for fort aspenwood should be changed to reward players alot more then leechers, I think there should be special rewards(of gold) for certain things which are added up at the end and rewarded to a player(to stop players just doing the expensive rewards then quitting).
These rewards could(well by most opinion's should) just be faction instead(gettting rid of normal faction points for the amount of gates destroyed or how far the vengance of the gods) this could easily stop leechers.
I think at the end the totals should be at 75% for the losing team so you can't just farm faction in fort aspenwood to win to benefit from it(however the values are probably going to be 1000 or so averagely for winning so 750 for losing is'nt as bad as now(like kurzicks getting 200-300 for losing).
For the kurzicks:
100g for each turtle you were involved in killing(even for supporting classes so healing a player that was attacking the turtle would get you the gold)
20g for each luxon Npc you are involved in killing.
+30g if you deal the finishing blow to them.
+5g for each condition you apply to an enemy npc.
+5g for each hex that "ends" on an enemy npc.
+15g for each time you interupt an enemy npc(max times 2 for each npc)
(these amounts should be doubled for the orange and purple commanders)
75g for each amber you deliver
+an extra 200 if you deliver 5
50g for each 500 health you heal an npc by(doesent count if you heal for more then the npc needs)
15g for each condition or hex you remove from an npc(max 3 times for each Npc, 6 for gunther and gate keepers)
+300 for healing master architect gunther for 1000+ health during the match
If the kurzicks win they get 1 piece of amber for every 2 remaining non-respawnable NPC's left at the end(gunther counts as 2).
For the luxons:

+5g for each hex that "ends" on an NPC
+5g each time you apply an condition to an npc
+15g for each time you interupt the npc(max times 2 for each npc)

50g for being involved in killing the juggarnaut,+350g for dealing the finishing blow.

15g for each condition or hex you remove from an npc(max 3 times for each Npc)
200g for a player if they pass throught the green gate at least once in the match.
If the luxons win they get 1 jadite shard for every for every 20% of the vengance of the gods charge bar left to charge (they should still get 1 if theres less then 20% left)
I haven't mentioned anything about faction for killing enemy players since the mission is supposed to be about defending and attacking NPC's rarther then taking out other players.

Uhmm....wat's the point of this? Make whoever farm faction become rich??? Well if someone is trying to faction farm then that mean they devoted their time to get faction instead of farming gold/rare items! It's a trade off!

Switching gold for faction, I agree with the concept. Participating in the battle should net you more faction than simply being on the winning side. It would be an excellent way to deal with leechers.
I think the finishing blow and healing bonuses need tweaking though. They leave a lot of support roles out in the cold, since many focus on preventing damage rather than simply healing it. Plus, there's no support bonuses on the Luxon side.

I've added more conditions in which players can get faction (making the system much more fair then the current one in-game was).

also you might make it hard on leechers by adding random poisoning if you stand in one place to long or if you wanted to be truely evil if they are inactive actually subtract faction points. No work no pay.

And hopefully when people are whining for faction they mean balth faction, alliance faction just means about .2-.4 gold really
