Today we go to Smitesworld *yay ectos*

(AaVSQOUpqaxqT4G6Ku/ueQRQS4AD)

9 Illusion
5 Inspiration
10 + 1 + 2 Scythe
5 + 1 Wind
10 + 2 Mysticism
+ Sup Vigor
+ Scythe with 20/20 + 15^50 or 15% enchant + 20% Enchants
+ Windwalker Insignia

Enter the Underworld and accept the quest
Lure the first group of graspings away from the Aaxtes using Pious Hast, use Physical Resistance, wait for the Distracting Blows to come out, then use Visage
Put up Vow + Mystic Vigor + Heart of Fury and kill them, remember to keep up visage [Pic1]
( if your visage gets interrupted, just cast the other one, if mana needed use VoW, even after all of them used "Fear me" you get 5 mana for VoW before the next "Fear Me")

Proceed this way with the other groups of graspings and run to the smites


Now the Smites :
1. Choose a group to lure
2. Decide for a place where you can ball them ( preferable corners, else use the free space to ball them )
3. put up Physical Resistance
4. Aggro them
5. Use Visage if u got them in ur wanted position
6. Use VoW + Mystic Vigor
7. Hit them 3 Times ( once victorous sweep)
8. Cast Heart of Fury
9. Cast another Visage
10. If you forgot the put up Resistance ur already dead
11. If the group was only 3 Smites they should die without the need of putting up another Visage
12. collect the ectos

btw: bad Luring = dead , critical rubberbanding = dead, trying to fight the coldfires = dead

Note: Playing that build isn t that easy, you need a bit of timing and training, cause ur life might drop quite low when casting all the stuff ( sometimes even under 80).
If the Smites put up SoJ when fighting them you did something wrong, or you are fighting less than 3 ( thats quite challanging).
A whole Run takes about 10 to 15 mins, a group 3 smites is dead in like 20 secs ( Victorous sweep + Critical + 20% ~129dmg ^^)

How long does one run take? Is it faster than ele or rit soloing smites?

Mysticism is probably high enough to use EE + SV. EE at 12 lasts 17 seconds, with 20% enchanting its 20 seconds, which is just its recharge. By then SV will also have recharged.

Actually that might be better than SV + AV, since AV costs 10 energy while EE only costs 5.

I've been practising with this build, but I think it's too risky, I know well UW now (coz I used to do W/Rt), but my health is usually between 0 and 100 at the smites, one 2-sec late cast and you are dead in secs.

Can you keep the visages up 100% of the time? Curious because im working on a similar build, not for dervish though.

You can t keep it up for exactly 100%, but can keep it up as long as its needed. So neighter the Smites nor the Graspings will get 5 Mana in the Downtime.

If I have a bit lag, or I dont know why, cant keep up the visages, and they can cast a spell (or two), and it hurts because of the fire dmg (zealots fire) :S. But it only happens rarely.

Build works well, however i have a little problem with this sometimes.
Smites sometimes tend to put SoJ or other powerfull spells up before even hitting me, thus not getting affected by visage, this can cause a problem.

I also saw that behaviour before, it hapens when smites fought with other smites or Coldfires, than they put it up when its recharged in order to heal themselfes with Divine Favor

I tried the build on the free weekend and I can almost say that I'm the master... killing the grasps ¬¬

I used radiant insignias and enchantments/sundering scythes but somehow when facing groups of 3+ smites they killed me with zealots fire, is there a restriction on the number of smites to be tanked?

btw using Chilling Victory instead of Victorous is pretty fun, but not recommended for ppl that are new to this build

Use vamp then... extra 15 health per hit and it does more damage anyway.
Victorious Sweep is crappy for a heal, if you are low on health and need health then you won't be able to heal with it anyway...

Smites shouldn't be activating Zealot's Fire if you have Visages on. They will only be able to get enough energy in groups of two or less.

i sorta edited this build a bit (before someone had done exactly the same) but it goes

(I'm not sure these stats are correct, I'€m on the other computer that does not have GW on it if you don't have enough points, just take some out of scythe mastery.)
Scythe Mastery: 10+3+1
Wind Prayers: 8+1
Earth Prayers: 8
Mysticism: 8+1
the rest into inspiration magic

works pretty much the same, just maintain resitance vigor and regeneration and spam attack skills on recharge, then when you get to smites, let em hit you a couple of times while you have rending aura on, and poof nasty SoJ AND Zealots fire gone. its worked well for me so far.

Also I'm not saying this build is any better than yours, its just an alternative for you people without factions.

Rending Aura should be sufficient for dealing with Smites. Is there a skill from the other build that can be dropped? Maybe Mystic Regen?
