Quick Question: If I put Kitah's Burden and Crippling Anguish on someone, how much slower are they?

75%? 100%?

let me elaborate on Celestials reply. The cap is 50%, UNLESS a single skill would make it larger than 50%. For example, if you have a skill that slows by 33% and another by 20%, that'll max out at 50% slowdown if both are used (even though together they should give you a slowdown of almost 60%), but if you just have a single skill that gives a 75% slowdown, then you'll get the 75%.
