Hey, i'm asking a question for my brother...he has recently gotten his own Prophecies and Nightfall accounts, and now would like to use some of the skills from Factions. The question is, can he buy the PvP edition, and buy the unlocked skills (on his PvE character) at the skills trader? (the only one i can think of, since he would have to buy it in somewhere in Cantha, is the Guild Hall skill trainer). Thanks in advance. = )

As far as I know, guild hall trainers only have Core skills, so he could not get Factions only skills there...

From this, I don't think it would since you can't get to any factions skilltraders in either Prophecies, Nightfall or the core areas. Looks like you'll have to buy Factions if you want the skills for PvE.

Factions skills are only available from a Factions skill trainer and PvE toons still have to cap elites anyway, which would only be available in Factions explorable areas.
