I think the pet cat looks a bit too small though, and should be a bit more to the foreground. Right now it looks like it's a bit too close to the people. Otherwise you've done a great job, I love the lady ranger's pose!

to everyone who's wondering about me... 1) i have been attempting to get on the computer to scan, i've had the drawings done for a while; however my sister hogs the laptop doing 'homework' and 'college research'. 2) My laptop recently broke, and knowing my dad it will not get fixed for some time. 3) also, I can no longer scan anything as the windows '98 computer i am presently forced to use is incabable of scanning. 4) however, i have some good news! nymph has got her scanner up and running so i sent them with her so hopefully she'll get those posted and we'll all be happy. 5) i apologize for not informing you earlier that i was unable to scan the pictures.

Lynxius's monk could be given some darker lines, so it stands out against the background. The dervish is awesome perhaps the right breast could be a bit higher. Excellent work on the face! Right hand looks little little bit off, but not bad at all.

I've been working on it during religion, and today i finished so when i got home from school i painted it. only i wont be able to give it to nymph to scan until monday, and i know you want your drawing, so i'll do a background for you while you're waiting.

my dad actually fixed my laptop! so i can play guildwars again and get my commissions done on time. i am shocked actually, i thought my dad would either blow up the laptop or else just never get around to fixing it. 
(and sorry about the background, i know there's not really much contrast between the background and the figure, but it's more the scanner than me i swear.)

i usually sketch the drawing first, and then i tape it to my window and trace it onto watercolor paper which is much thicker than normal paper. then i paint, starting with lighter colors and moving onto darker colors. i also sometimes use watercolor pencils for details and drawing lines and stuff. it's really fun, only my watercolor set is so bad and i also have to keep stealing my mom's paintbrushes cuz the two i have are too big really.

Good job with the Photoshop colouring. You've coloured it very neatly and used good, suitable colours too. Maybe try shading next time? I like it like that too, the dark browns and blacks contrast nicely with the bright blue of the background. Her anatomy is pretty near perfect too - the only thing that catches my eye is her right leg (viewer's right) which is maybe shown a little bit too much from the side compared to the rest of her body. Otherwise, it's just perfect.
