I do not PvP, only play the AI for a few unlocks for my heroes - that build is a PITA for a four man team.
My normal team beats them, just takes far too long (pretty much same build I use when playing the story line). Assuming you have heroes I use an Ele, a Dervish, a Monk, and a Paragon. I'll only list "essential" skills
The Ele is a searing flames build - glyph of lesser energy, searing flames, glowing gaze, and mark of rodgort.
The Dervish is a scythe mastery build, though in this case an Avatar of Melandru would work well, it just doesn't so much on the others. I make sure I have a Fiery scythe to trigger Mark of Rodgort, mystic regen to counter the degen, and armor of sanctity because most are burining. The rest of your skills can be almost anything - I usually have reapers sweep, victorious sweep, Heart of Fury, and one more enchant.
The monk is a standard Restore Conditions Prot monk - easiest to look them up on Guildwiki.
The paragon is mostly centered around "they are on fire" and the "blazing" skills. Lots of damage reduction from the fire and lots of burning. I fill any extra slots up with Motivation linked heals - though pretty much any thing will do. Plus the Paragon has access to "cautery signet" which removes many conditions in one go.
If you are sure you can kill them and not have any of yours die in the process "frozen soil" will shorten the fight considerably. Since much of their stuff is a stance a d/w with Wild Blow is quite nice (that or the GftE dervish is what I alomst always run), and the build blows through the rest of the AI possibilities.
This runs best (for me) with the human member being either the Dervish or the Ele - since you are an ele there you go

Remember, if you have an open slot it is pretty easy to make a PvP character to do this, especially useful if you are a long ways away from something you need on your "real" character since PvP characters use unlocks just like the heroes do.
