Price Check on an FDS

So I was mapping Dunes of Despair bonus and next thing I know I get a gold FDS, 15-21, req 10. Yay +1 wisdom....or so I thought.

I need a price check just to confirm my thoughts.

It is a Gold, req 10 15-21 damage, +5 energy, armor vs physical +7, Fiery Dragon Sword. Obviously I'm going to add a +20% enchant mod so I would like it price checked as though I had the enchant mod on it.

I'd say around 20K with a +20% enchant.
