What could be the value of this shield :

R9 tac, +42 stance, -3 hexed ?

Plz, need help. Mods seem crappy but is this kind of shield rare when dual modded and requiring 9 in tactics ?

I would merch it. You might get a couple of k for this, but I highly doubt it.
