Looking to buy a gold inscribable Winged Staff, I don't care about the req, I guess higher level so it's cheaper. Must at least have "Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)".
And depending on what staff I can get, I will also be needing a perfect "Hale and Hearty" inscription.
