First chest I open on my run got a Dead Bow. Ided:

Vampiric Dead Bow of Warding
15-28 Req 9
Dmg +15% Armor-10 while attacking
5/-1 Vampiric
Armor +7 Versus Elemental

Rare weapon list says 150k-250k, but I need to know actual price/if it'll sell at that and if I should put on the 20/20 +30 mods and sell it as perfect for...100 +10e?
