I know there is a quest pre seering that gives one , any where else guys ?
well m8 thats the only place i have ever saw 1 and it would be eazy to get so just get it
I believe you mean -50 offhand maybe? And I believe the quest is acutally post-searing (in Ascalon City, don't remember the quest name thought). And if you mean -20 off hands, then they can drop anywhere, but they arent that common, however I have been lucky enough to have a few drop for me.
Cities of Ascalon gives you the -50 Offhand, but the -20 HP offhand is useful if you die while on a run, in order to get the same effect you could just like remove a piece of armor or something, sometimes that works. -20HP offhands drop iirc.
Same place as the -50, the Cities of Ascalon quest. You get the -50 offhand, but you also get a second offhand as a reward for the same quest, either a -20 or a -5 energy, so you need to get lucky on the second one.
