My paragon is for PvE, and this is the build I have been using, it's a ToF command buffer.

Command - 15
Spear Mastery - 9
Leadership - 12

[skill]"Never Surrender!"[/skill][skill]"Stand Your Ground!"[/skill][skill]Blazing Finale[/skill][skill]"Go for the Eyes!"[/skill][skill]Anthem of Flame[/skill][skill]"They're On Fire!"[/skill][skill]Focused Anger[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]

Keep "Stand Your Ground!" and Focused Anger up as much as possible, and keep "They're on Fire" up at all times when you are in a fight.

Blazing Finale is for the frontliners (Warriors, Assassins, Dervishes). Once the fight starts, pick a target and start auto-attacking and spam "Go for the Eyes!" whenever it charges (with Focused Anger up, it should change every 2 attacks) GftE is very important in this build as it triggers Blazing Finale and also gives you a steady income of energy.

The SF ele works well in conjunction to this build as the two play off of it each by keeping constant burn on the enemies
