Where is everyones favorite place to get gold items, by either Chest Running or soloing, please only give suggestions if they're in Tyria or Factions, no Nightfall

the free chests (sorry that's Nightfall but when you get a dozen or so chests per character that reset every few months, that require no key and are 75% gold and give between 1-3 plats in addition, there's no second)

I can kill the trolls outside droks, but theres no profit really, unless I can use the tusks for something?
