Estimation of Shield Value(s)

Just out of curiosity roughly what would the value of a low requirement, tactics based, gold shield, from Nightfall run? Preferably something with a really common skin, aesthetics meaning nothing. Something like +16 AL & Req 7 - 8 Tactics. Estimations on something along those lines would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.
