Cheers anyone who can help me out on this one, not sure about the water magic, if that brings it way down or something? Also if you guys could tell me how to 'trade' shout it that would be very appreciated.

No real idea here, but the skin isn't very desired.

This is still a viable trade item, although the differing req will kill any real value here, a death magic user who likes the skin will still be willing to pay a little for it as the time bonuses still work out as perfect.

20kish? Something like that.

Trade shout? Just watch the trade channels and see how everyone else does it, it's really not hard to work out.

Make sure you offer the skin, req number/attribute and any inherent mods when you do spam your WTS.
