I dont see how it is any more effective than http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:E/R_Sanctum_Cay_Runner. But If you say so. Its a near 100% guaranteed success. Im saying this with running at 1.5k ping! The run doesnt get much faster either...
Using ranger or warrior stances doesnt help, they run at 25% while ele enchants are 33% faster. The build has all neseccary precautions and the means to farm while you run. Not that the drops are good at that level, but its better than nothing. The run takes about 9 mins including the tanking part at the end. May take longer if your group doesnt skip cinematics. I usually use it to make up for lost cash if im dying from smite runs, because high ping doesnt affect this build.
