Question about Crossing Elonian Chars to Tyria/Cantha

Hey there everyone. Just made my 1st elonian character and got to consulate docks and Got the quest One for all and one for justice (the quest that takes you to tyria) however I can't seem to map to Lions arch after i take quest. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks.

Open your quest log and read the instructions for the quest, which will lead you to Lion's Gate, where you'll be cleared to enter Lion's Arch. It's not a simple case of taking the quest and just mapping there.

That quest doesn't actually take you to tyria, there is another quest that actually opens up tyria on your map, it's called Terror in Tyria

Oh yeah. "One for All..." was the replacement for "Gain Olias".

What I found curious was that the Gain Olias Quest can still be completed if you have a character that still has it active in his quest log.

I dusted off my Ritualist who has been sitting on the bench for 3 months and noticed the Gain Olias quest was still incomplete.

I had already ran several characters through the "new" Olias mini-mission, so I was interested to see what would happen if I did the obsolete quest.

Well, kudos to ANet, they aren't sloppy with things like this, the old quest worked flawlessly.

Obviously, the newer version is a more engaging method and has a higher lore value.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, would have never notice it was for gaining olias and not to actually travel there -_-' I got to tyria
