i need help 55 n/mo griff farming HELP PLZ

ok i was looking at that 55 build for the necro with SS but herre is my question
i have the -50 life cesta
and i understand wat armor and runes and such so

what wand to use while killing as many grifs and minos as i can
and how do i stay alive like what skills?? and energy wise how i keep it up???

Well I use a monk/necro since the runes will let me get a +4 mending, which seems to be rather important.
