Elemental Sword just needs to be able to take an inscription
Platinum or Dragon Staves, or Platinum Wands are okay as well. Any req is okay (as in req 9-13) BUT I do NOT want staves that are req 11 Fire Magic with something like 20% casting Air. Casting mod it must match the req, or just be 10% for all.
Example of what I DO WANT would be:
req 11 Fire Magic, 20% Recharge All, 20% Casting Fire. Wands like this as well.
req 11 Air Magic 20% Recharge All, 10% Casting All.
