I: I been to Dajkah Inlet, I upgraded all me Heros' armor, but Olias wasnt on the list to upgrade.

You have to go to one of those other challenge missions, the whachacallit...

I believe the only place you can upgrade his armor is in The Shadow Nexus.

None of the challenge missions will let you upgrade all heroes there.
