I would like to see the initial Avicara spawn location changed in Mineral Springs. The reason I say this is that it overlaps the aggro radius of any party entering the zone. I took a ranger there recently with heroes and henchmen; half of my group was dead within 10 seconds of crossing the portal. Thinking it was only a fluke, I rezoned into Tasca's Demise to try again. Sure enough, upon reentering Mineral Springs I found myself amid 8-10 vicious birds and a rapidly falling party.
There are six elite skills there which are exclusive to that area; i.e. one must explore MS to find them. Normally I wouldn't bother to file a grievance over such matters, but I have another character working toward the Legendary Survivor title. I could really use those six elites (they're the last ones left in Tyria), but the risk of death is simply too great.
I know that ToPK had a similar situation a few months ago, and it was quickly amended. Why not do the same with this place?

It's not supposed to be easy. You know they're there, plan for them.

Yeah, sucks for people with slow PCs like mine that lag the first five minutes after loading an area.XD
Your Heroes (Monks) should be good enough to keep everyone alive though.=P

If you have Nightfall, you can bring the two hero monks and then two henchman monks. Then I don't think your party will die over a long duration. Though you'll have very little attack power. 4 offense, 4 defense.

There is already on thread complaining about hellish spawn spots and another about resurrecting shrines protections...
Yup... some areas should be 'load-safe' or, at least, turn off IA until any party member makes any kind of successful input, like moving or casting.
