Ok, i'll try to help. But, always get more opinions, which might sound kooky as no-one will go near your pc thread. Never mind them!! on with the show.
1. You say its a canthan, I've sold a few canthan water staves in the past for around 30-40k, however they were 20/20 +30 health. Personally I'd say maybe 20k for yours as its 20/10. /shrug.
2. Zodiacs are painful as lately. A month ago I sold a req 9 blood exactly as you have for 15 ectos. Now I'm not sure what I could get for it. I would aim for anything above 70k. Surprisingly on the auction site req 10 blood zodiacs seem to get snapped up quite quickly for anywhere up to 40k.
3. I'm not really good on ghostlys. I'll just kind of guess and say around 15k. /don't shoot me if i'm wrong.
4. Spawning, the mental cousin of restoration. I think if you have a rit use this on your char, otherwise, maybe 10-15k.
5. Air, If you get a buyer who wants it, I would say 10k+. Again the zodiacs are hard to gauge at the moment. Req 11 doesn't help either.
6. Ghostly again, I dunno very high req but I would think if you asked for 10k + you should get that quite easily.
