Req. Preferences (if not met I will still consider variations listed): Tactics requirement...I will consider Strength but to a lesser extent (this doesn't mean I'll pay less for Str.)
Mod Preferences (if not inscribable): +30HP/-5 w/ 20% chance, +30HP/-2 in Stance, +45HP in Stance/-2 in Stance (these are in order from first to last)...if it's inscribable it could have +1 Smiting Prayers with a 15% chance for all I care, just make sure it meets the general requirements.
