Drop the Healing Prayers and the defensive Stances entirely, they're a waste of space on a melee monster.
What campaigns do you own before I give any other advice?

I own all three campaigns so feel free to make some change

All three? The best option, then, is a Dragon Slash warrior if you use swords...
This is the build I run, some people like skills such as For Great Justice!
12 + 1 + 1~3 Swordsmanship = 14~16
Strength and Tactics are invested in for the rest, I'd say at least 8 Strength to hit the 3 adrenaline breakpoint on Enraging - Typically I run 8+1 Strength, 10+1 Tactics.
Dragon Slash (e)
Adrenal Sword Attack 1
Adrenal Sword Attack 2
Adrenal Sword Attack 3
Flail
Enraging Charge
Optional - Healing Signet, Mending Touch Lion's comfort, Watch Yourself! etc.
Res
Basically, use Enraging Charge to get to the enemy, and after hitting them, activate Flail to attack faster, dealing more damage and gaining more adrenaline. Use your sword attacks when you can, and use Dragon Slash to charge them all up again, use them, Dragon Slash, use adrenal attacks again, Dragon Slash... ad infinitum... Or till your opponent is dead.
If your foe runs, you can use Enraging charge to cancel Flail and chase him down, or, switch to another target. Use your optional skill to... uh... do whatever it is it does.
As for the sword attacks, it depends on personal preference. for example, against the Stone Summit, I used Sever Artery and Gash to bleed and deepwound, and Standing Slash for damage. Against the Djinn, I went Galrath, Silverwing and Sun&Moon Slash.
There. One of the better PvE warrior builds. Enjoy.

first tactic... change your secondary and drop secondary attributes
Again, with sword, a nice build is this: Dslash, sever, gash, sun and moon, death pact signet/flesh, watch yourself, to the limit, heal sig. You don't really need IAS in pve, and with PVE mobs kiting all around nowadays, flail is DEFINITELY not a good choice. Heal signet, when used right is better than all those crap healing prayers. 1) its a spike heal, 2) it costs 0 energy.
As a warrior, unless you're in a retardedly hard place like DoA, where everything is just overpowered, YOU ARE NOT A TANK. Warriors are damage dealers. They use weapons for a goddamn reason. Either way, in normal pve (ie, not stupid endgame/high end places), you should be doing damage in the frontline and watching your monks' energy so you can pull back when needed. You're not there just to go up and use defensive stance, because chances are, the time u spent not getting killed, your midline is having to waste by kiting the mobs that went around. Your monk is having to waste by healing.
As I like to think: dead things don't hurt you. So if you kill them fast, you don't need that defense.

Wow thx for all the suggestion I have one more question what armor should I wear to defend against magic attack?
My-way Ftw
I run gladiators, the energy bonus is pretty sweet, although not always needed.

I have to disagree with cobra about flail...in pve it is most certainly effective.
I am a fan of enraging charge +flail... but of course there are drawbacks.

like what? I cant really think of any drawbacks to enraging + flail. it works in every situation.
