Health +43 while in stance
Inscription:Master of my domain
Tactics +1 19% chance)

Any idea what I could get for it?

5k if you're lucky-very hard sale due to req. Personally, I'd merch it because it wouldnt be worth my time to try and sell.

Agreeing with above, has become very common drop from those treasure chests.
