Hard Mode is intended to give players something to do while waiting for GW2 or to keep player base happy. Anet doesnt have to do this since they got our money already. It is a nice thing that Anet giving us free additional contents (this and Sorrow Furnace update) yet some people dont want it and complain about it?

Yea you might as well ask Anet to remove PvP because you got less content for not playing PvP.
