WTB elementalist stuff (fairly long list) and caster inscriptions

I'm looking to outfit a PvE elementalist for PvP play (so all items should have max inherent stats and be inscribable). The list of what I need appears below. Please post or PM me if you have something on the list. Include the details of what you have to offer and let me know what you want for the item(s). Purple items are perfectly acceptable to me, though the price should be reflective of the color. Items with mods listed below will be given credit for those mods, otherwise I don't care what mods a wand/focus has. I'll keep this updated.

Boar Scepter - req 9 in air, water, or earth

Guardian Branch - req 9 earth

any inscribable wand with req 9 air

any other unusual skinned inscribable wands with elemental req 9

wand/focus upgrades:

+20% attribute line fast cast (focus core of aptitude and aptitude not attitude)
+10% universal fast cast (focus core of swiftness and don't think twice)
