Flesh Golem vs Bladed Aatxe
Evil Genius
Since this weekend grants free access to the Underworld, I would like to know how many Flesh Golems it takes to kill a Bladed Aatxe without assistance (healing or additional damage from party).
Aim: To see how many level 26 Flesh Golems it takes to kill one (1) level 29 Bladed Aatxe.
Equipment:
• 6 Necromancers with 16 Death Magic and the elite Animate Flesh Golem
• 1 Necromancer with the elite Blood is Power
• 1 Monk with Arcane Echo, Unyielding Aura and Vengeance
Method:
• The Sacrifice Necromancer repeatedly uses the skill Blood is Power to die, to leave corpses for the MMs to use for Animate Flesh Golem.
• The Monk repeatedly resurrects the Sacrifice using Unyielding Aura, Vengeance and Arcane Echo.
I am not sure if its best to pull one Bladed Aatxe, or just see how many Flesh Golems are needed to kill say a group of 2 or 3.
It is necessary the Flesh Golems are not healed, and no damage is dealt to the Bladed Aatxes except by the Flesh Golems.
My hypothesis is 4, due to the maximum health difference of the creatures, the health degeneration of Flesh Golems, the health regeneration of Bladed Aatxes and some other factors.
Please leave your thoughts on this experiment and if you want to participate this weekend.

I bet that in five minutes you have an Aataxe dancing on eight caster corpses.

Cows ftw! It has been like that since Diablo 1.

I thought they nerfed Unyeilding by having it, where whenever that person dies by the enchantment they leave an exploited corpse. :\

Vengnce make the cropse exploited.

Why is this in Tyrian's Explorer's League? Flesh golems are Factions and the Underworld is core.

If you use Death Nova on the Golems as well, that would be a bit of extra Damage. Just trying to help, instead of posting retarded ramblings and nonconstructive criticism.
Horseman Of War
you know you want to OoU.
Racthoh
Did you also factor in their Riposte and Deadly Ripostes?

I imagine an Aatxe would deal about 500 dmg per hit to flesh golem
and flesh golem will do ~20 to aatxe.

I don't think it would do about 500dmg, but perhaps around 300dmg. Perhaps throwing in some type of blind would definitely render the Aatxe useless. If you want to keep it in with the necro attributes you could perhaps use Reckless haste, which will make them have a 50% miss.

I think the point is to not interfere and have the minions do all the work. Question though, will you be re-ressing the golems after they die?

My idea was not at all going to be a idea for a team build. I was just wondering how the highest level "tanks" as such we can use would go against the hardest hitting warriors in the game. Eg: would you need 4, 6, 8 or even 10 flesh golems to kill a single bladed ataxe? I also meant there would be no interference in either healing the flesh golems or attacking the baladed ataxes.
Edit: I know when saying "the highest level tanks we can use", referring to flesh golems, are not as good as a level 20 warrior with 8 skills etc.

Well think about this, Attaxe to 300 damage a hit, They have 1100 Hp and the golems hit at what? 40-50 hp a hit.
Taking in there 6 hp a second gain then I would say it was impossible,

I don't really see a point to this...anet is giving free access for a reason, not to let people test out lame hypothesis like this >.>

I think that it's just dumb to compare Aatxes who have SKILLS to Flesh Golems who dont have SKILLS...
