First, let's assume there are hard mode districts.

Since the Lucky title will have a tangible effect, it should be obtainable at any given time.

I've never bothered w/ the title before since there was really no benefit and it takes too long (~440 hours and ~900 plat) to be a practical title for KoaBD.

Sure, this would allow the rich to afk 2 more titles towards PKM in a little over 18 days, but so what?

I'd agree with that.

I don't necessarily see that it has to be in a hard mode district only, but I would like to work on getting my Lucky titles increased, now that they'll be useful. I was the same way, I saw no point in AFKing for the title. Of course, I'm still not sold on AFKing for a title, but it now has a use, so there you go.

There could be more actions that could add trigger poits... like dodging 10 PvE attacks in a row, dealing 10 criticals without being under any allied effect hat increase the chances... getting a gold or green drop... etc...

Yeah, it would be nice if there were some sort of other way to do this. I made this suggestion because it would require minimal effort on their part. The code and media for 9 Rings/Ring of Forture is already done. They'd just have to place it and enable it in the hard mode districts.

An alternative mechanism would be welcome, though.

I guess the people that have made the achievment deserve something extra although you know people will b**** and moan that they cant go in (just like the special areas for people owning towns)
