Hello, I am wondering about when the release of beta testing will start for
GW2 and How I could go about signing up fior the beta test??????

noone even at a.net knows when tests will start. pretty sure it's not in the next 12-18 months

Yeah Ryker, there will be GW2. Check out the tread in riverside inn, a bunch of people are going mad over it right now. CH4 will be out this year as well.

As to the OP, none of us know when the beta will be, don't hold your breath. 2nd half of this year or early next year is my guess.

i think i saw that they estimate a beta in 2008. most probably will change though. i am sure there will be some big announcement on it or something.

My bad, I hadn't read Riverside yet. Guess I'll go there first from now on instead of here.

Wait for QW:EN.

Beat it 8 times.

Come back and see if there's any info about it yet.

Dont know if I would call GW:EN a CH4 as it is not a full "Campaign", but thats for another discussion....

gw:en is not a chapter...its an expansion since it will require you to have one of the chapters already (gaile mentions this in the above pointed at thread---go thru page one the first post).....and its also stated it will probably not cost the same as a full chapter either.
beta testing......think that will happen like next year....will probably get more details as this year wanes

No details on the beta test, for we are quite a bit out from wanting or needing to make those decisions. There are several ways we can go, and although I did try to wheedle info out of the co-founders, Mike and Jeff, about the beta... well, not exactly wheedle, but maybe wrangle? they said that it was too soon to make or announce a decision on that matter.
