It is all based on how many posts you have made on the board.
I honestly don't know what titles there are (I havent bothered searching or finding out) but they progress in a Prophecies fashion in the order of areas you will come across in the campaign. No love for Factions or Nightfall.
Please don't go out and post a million crap posts just to increase your posts. I'm sure you know that though. They should be QUALITY posts.

post more to get new title under name. not sure on what amount of posts is required for each new level as i lost track after the old ones got changed. if you view the members list and order it by post count it should show you roughly what is needed to get a new title
