Soul Bind in PvP - Thoughts?

I've always been intruiged by Soul Bind, and wanted to see if anyone has found an effective use for the skill in PvP.

I've been playing around with it, and found a nice synergy between Soul Bind and Wastrel's Worry when it comes to knocking out all attacking classes (e.g. Warriors, Dervishes, Assassins and Rangers).

Here's a preliminary build skeleton that I've been working on, and would love to get some input/suggestions:

Curses 15 (11+1+3)
Domination 10
Some other attribute 10 (+ runes)

Soul Bind (E)
Wastrel's Worry
[Soul Barbs]??? - since you're spamming hexes
[Parasitic Bond]??? - standard cheap cover hex
Rez

Anyone used this skill effectively in PvP?
