Help with One Man's Dream

Apologies for yesterday's ramble - quite right to bin it - tried to write it from memory, which at my advance age is a no go

So I'm trying to complete One Man's Dream quest

Met the Hedge Wizard to look for the wish grantor. Got killed.

Now the wizard doesn't want to know.

So 2 questions. 1) Where is this Wish grantor located in Forum Highlands, and 2) do I need the wizard to be with me?

The urn is right next to the waterfall where the ele boss spawns for Searing Flames I think it is....

Its a lil bit b4 the boss, tucked in a lil spot in the canyon walls.

oh and yes he should be with u

you don't need the wizard to be with you when you get to the urn. i talked to him and then i zoned to a closer entrance.
