Question about W/Me UnderWorld build

I don't have Factions, so I'm wondering would it be possible to run this build without Ancestor's Visage or maybe use Arcane Echo instead?

It'd likely work but it would require a lot more timing and work...
After 30 or so seconds your AE SV/SV would be gone and they're regen for 10 seconds and cast their SoJs. :[
