Does anyone know of any 15 atribute point quests other than unwlecome guests which is in Seitung Harbor. preferably in Factions but it also could be in Prophecies. Plz no NF, I havn't explored it yet with this char. Thank You!

lol yes indeed. but you can't only get extra from the game where you made your character.
