Since I myself have not found a video of a 55 monk build for this I tweaked an old farming build.

why spend attributes for sword damage instead of investing all for smitting damage? no wonder it took 5 times as long to finish a group. You should try Mo/Me build in the Deadsword farming thread. It takes less than 10 min to finish 5 mobs.

I just really wanted to show that a Mo/W could still pull this farm off. As I said I made/farmed around 1 or 2 am so mistakes can be made.
