WTB Gold Aegis (Tactics/shield of the wing skin)

I'm looking for a Gold Inscribable AEGIS (Shield of the Wing skin only) with req 10 tactics or less.

Mods do not matter, as i already have an inscription and shield handle to put on it.

I have the Shield of the Wing skin Aegis...gold max req. 9 Tactics and inscribable, only thing is +30HP and -2 in stance are already on there. I'll sell for around 100k, we can negotiate for a price.
