WTB stormbow

Hey guys, im looking for a max damage 15^50 (15% more damage when health is voer 50%) stormbow, id prefer not to pay for a req 9 and would rather have a cheaper req 13 if at all possible, i would also like the bow to be either clean or to come with a 20/20 sundering bow string and a +30 health grip, thanks.

You didn't specify whether you wanted gold or not, but I have a Req9 purple one. Max, Crippling, inscirbable. Measure for Measure is the current inscription, yeah useless, but I can put a 15^50 on there if you want for extra. 15k without 15^50 or 18k with 15^50.
