Then saw a build for soloing UW that used Arcane Echo and Echo with Dust trap here. So I thought to myself, "Self, wouldn't this build work wonders if one was to merge it with that build I used to use?" So really, with very little effort at all I decided on the following build.
Profession: Ranger/Mesmer
Build: High Speed Dirt
Type: I use is specifically for Zaishin Challenge vs the ViM Trappers in Hero's Crypt.
Equipment: I use a PvP staff any skin with your preference cuz dmg don't mean squat. Just make sure that it has a energy +5^50 inscription, energy +5 staff head and for giggles throw in a health +30 wrap. Sup rune of Wilderness Survival + WS mask and sup expertise. Might as well make all the armor Radiant as well. Throw in a sup vigor for giggles. Radiant and attunement can be thrown in as well.

Summary: I choose Hero's Crypt, just cuz it's a striaght run from them to you. Pick the ViM Trappers as your opponents. Don't move! As soon as your character has loaded, knock of your skills in the following order. (it's different in the video, but just follow the order below.)
8 - 7 - 6 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 3 - 2 - 1
Eight traps (6 of which are dust traps) in 35 seconds. Then the ViM trappers arrive and in the following 5 seconds take a total of 780 dmg each and that's not even including the barbed trap and flame trap dmg! (Zoinks! Overkill I know, but better to have em dead than alive.
) Concerns: None what so ever in Zaishin Challenge. Quick and easy.

If I remember rightly the build for UW traded out Flame Trap for Whirling Defences. Tried it, it works okay but I find it slow going because of the time it takes to lay down a stinkload of traps. But I can say with certainty that it does work.
