If my guild would happen to be destroyed, my account gets hacked or such even, i would beable to rebuild the entire guild with maybe 1 or 2 brand new members missing... but the backbone would still be there... |

That's part of the problem. When making a guild, don't just take people are promote them to officers. Also, kicking members who are inactive for one week is not necessarily a good thing for the guild, since you'll have a large influx/outflux of people, and loyalty will be hard to come by. Don't blame the system, blame your inability to manage your officers.
