As you can see from the replies there a number of free webhosting services available, and many many more. You might want to look around for one with the right features for you. Some only offer one type of language which might not be what you're looking for, others offer you nothing but a prebuild site and forums that you can only customize the odd picture with.
My main advice to you would be, research and know what is available and can be done BEFORE you offer to do something and you are stuck not knowing what to do or where to go.
